- On the travel from field, select the branch you will be traveling from.
- On the travel to field, select your destination you are going and the branch you intend to drop.
- Set your traveling date, month, and year.
- On the children field, enter the numbers of children you will be travelling with, Note that your child must be between 2 to 10 years. if you don’t intend to travel with any child of 2 – 10 year then leave the field as 0.
- Set adults, On the adult field select the number of people. If you are traveling alone leave it to 1.
- After filling the form Click Book Now
On the next page the available bus on your chosen date detail will appear with the number of seats available. Click View Seat button.
On the drop down page which is going to show up the number of seats available, select the seat number you wish to seat and click countinue button at the bottom.
When the next page open fill your details carefully on the passengers details.
Select payment method and you will be taking to another page where you can make your payment.
Fill your card details on their payment page and click “OK”
Soon as you complete your payment you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page that contain your refcode, those details will also be sent to the email you provided and your phone number.

Depending on the bank or sources you are making the transfer with. since it transfer you are making and not a direct online payment on the GIGM website you will have to use your reference code on the transaction discription field.
I hope I will not have a similar experience like I have on the 27th Day of October 2016 when I lost my father and was to travel with GIGM from Lagos (Iyana Ipaja) to Edo State (Auchi) when there was delayed both at your office in Iyana Ipaja and your service station along Ore road. The first bus that was booked was faulty, the second didn’t help matter but we have to managed but sadly I could not meet up with my father’s burial that same day cos I did not get to Auchi until 7.45pm in the evening when my father’s remain had been buried.
I’m going for a final final on the 3rd and have booked Auchi again for 30th of November and want to believe there will be no delay this time around. Also they should ensure that the bus meet with the specification, AC, video etc to guarantee maximum comfort please.
